Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
At Charamsukh Bazaar, hygiene and customer safety are our top priorities. Due to the intimate and specialty nature of our products, we follow a strict return and exchange policy.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged, even if tried or worn:
Lingerie & intimate wear
Power play Collection
Latex products (including masks & outfits)
Fetish & Couple Fantasy Wear and Category
Intimate Wellness Products
Masks, hoods, gloves, stockings
Men’s intimate wear
Swimwear, bodysuits
Once sold, these items cannot be sanitized or resold.
Limited Returnable Products
Only the following items may be eligible for return or exchange after inspection:
Hats, slippers
Net/embroidered gloves
Tummy & thigh chains
Neck chokers, headbands
Pearl bras
Chain face masks (Latex masks not returnable)
Return Conditions
Product must be unused and in original condition
Tags and loop pins must be intact
No stains, odors, or damage
Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
If tags are removed or damaged, the item will be treated as used and no return/exchange will be accepted.
Inspection & Refund Mode
All returns are subject to quality inspection
Approved cases receive store credit only
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be deducted
No cash, bank, or UPI refunds
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong product:
Contact us within 24 hours
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory and must be provided as proof for any replacement or return request.
Replacement or store credit will be provided after approval
Delivered but Not Received
Delivery issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery status. Claims after this period will not be accepted.
